hey guys am looking for a nice pvp command pilot pref minm or gal toon,

i have up to 15bil to spend but can probs go higher if right toon comes about.

needs good core skills such as high gunnery skills, pvp skills, leadership skills dont want wasted sp in mining or any **** like that.

please show me what yah got :D
