Confirming too that you do not need racial encryption to 5 really. It allows you to build like 10more cosmos items in game if you train it to 5...but who really cares about that ya know?

If you want to rock out and make the "real stuff" forget the cosmos crap. lmao all the "gods of science and Indy " in eve are probably never ever going to see another master.

i used to consider that racial encryption skill lvl (also) helps with invention success rate - i'm wrong?
