- Character with more than 30M Sp or around it.
- Positive wallet.
- Positive security standing.
- No industry/mining wasted SP.
- No wasted SP

Im not interested on overpriced Tengu pilots, but if you lower the bid, we can do an agreement.

Pricing breakdown:

character is 1 year old today
1 year = 12 plex at ~6b
900m in implants

690M just in PLEX and implants. not sure what the cost of skills are. Also taking into consideration that there is already access to L4 missions.. I know its nowhere near overpriced at 7.5B. Need to make a bit of profit or otherwise no sense in selling. Sorry u feel that way.

30M Sp. 10.5B as highest bid. I don't judge the price you should sell it. I judge the price I can't bid for a low skilled character. If you change your mind, post again please.
