Idea for War Dec Mechanics

What do you think of this idea:

Corporation/Alliance declares war on a corporation/alliance and starts sending threat mails and huge amounts of smacktalk.

corporation/alliance gets war mail but..... Question..... At the end of the mail they have a choice to accept the war or not (via a check box).

If:

The war is accepted then they begin fighting in twenty four hours and everyone is happy Big smile.

But.... if:

The war is not accepted by the forces being decced then they original Corporation/Alliance moves on to another target and no longer mails the opposing CEO that they are going to steal their ice cream Cool.





Anyone have any thoughts on this?
