Will Gevlon succeed where Goons failed?

Plan B: the massacre of highsec-M&S

Why would it work when similar plan of the Goons failed? At first because we'd live in high while most Goons could not bother to come here and also because we don't have in-corp freighters to retaliate on. Also, they were picking on corps of intelligent people like Jade Constantine while we'll be preying on M&S hives. It won't be hard to find them, their cans litter the newbie systems, luring the unsuspecting new players into their stinking "help each other" leech-fest.

The gift that keeps in giving. Excuse me now, I have popcorn to make.

PS He's still looking for a null sec corp as plan A, Won't some recruiter please think of the carebears and give him a spot? He's offering a free titan to anyone who takes him.

Don't bother posting anymore, we already know you ratings.

I have a lover, her name is EVE. I see her every night and all she asks in return is that I have a pilot's license.

I hate to bump retardded posts, but I have to ask;

WTF is this? An incoherent rant? A spilled bag of scrabble letters?

There's not a dictionary or a thesaurus in the world that can help decipher this trainwreck of a thread.

You're welcome. Spelling ******** correctly gets censored which is why it was deliberately misspelled.

Excuse me for being a clueless nub, but what is an "M&S"? This term is littered through out the blog, but not once defines it expanded. The general rule of thumb is the first instance of an acronym ons chapter, document, blog, etc., should be spelled out. This way, users are not confused and can understand the issue.

The alternative would be to dig through more blogs exposing myself to rhe drivel that passes for original thought of the blogger in question. So any help would be appreciated.

it's like M&M's except where one of them is covered in a nutty brownish substance.

You are right. The link to http://greedygoblin.blogspot.de/p/about-m.html is incredibly hard to find, with it being in the heading of every single blogpost. And I guess not finding the link makes you a M&S yourself.

M&S = "Morons and Slackers."

Star Wars: the Old Republic may not be EVE. But I'll take the sound of dual blaster-pistols over "NURVV CLAOKING NAOW!!!11oneone!!" any day of the week.

You know, one of the many things I learned from Benny Hill was to "never assume because then you make an ass out of u and me.

Perhaps you are correct that when viewing such blogs through a traditional browser, one sees such a heading. However, accessing the site using a mobile device, the website appended the url with an "m=1" tag, enabling a lower content view for faster mobile browsing, which removes the heading in question. Funny how many websites do such actions. If the Blogger in question did wish to put proper effort in, it would not take much to use such a link in the actual blog, making this content easy to find for all browsers, regardless of browsing device. After all, the blogger does use such coding when linking to previous specific blogs in the actual blog itself.

But hey, why put such effort in? Let's just all assume every one browse from a pc and not consider the changes brought on by ever evolving tools of the digital age. Seems someone else may be slacking a bit.

People need to stop taking the **** out of Gevlon, and certainly stop trying to scam the dude. Sometimes people need to realise that there are some people that just aren't for scamming - you might be able to get a measly 90-100b from Gevlon if you're amazingly skilled and a silvertongued bastard, but is it really worth it? Really?

This dude is a visionary, and to have him in your alliance would be such a goddamn asset that it's just beyond explanation.

Some people just want to watch the world burn.

Um... From what I read, I would not want him in my alliance. First off, if he has that much isk, he should be able to carve out his own piece of nul. Made find a tent to own option where his corp rents until they reach x members with cap ships willing to support the alliance or something.

That said, this person may be a visionary, but well... That in and of itself us the problem. Must nul alliances already have their own vision and goals. They want people to join who will support and help achieve said goals. Gevlon strikes me as the time who would join, attempt to exert control, demanding a change in the alliance, then saying "screw you guys, I'm taking,my ball ans going home" when not getting his way. Maybe I'm wrong, but who wants that? Nul alliances already have crappy politics to deal with without adding a new primadona to the alliance.

How exactly is it my /Gevlon's fault that you use a browser/choose a display mode that withholds information from you?

A lot of his ideas are incredibly naive but if you look at "actions not words" he actually managed to get a TEST diplo fired (by baiting him into using his main to scam) so I am withholding judgement for now.

I would be disappointed if he left EVE before losing at least one subcap-fleet-boosting Ragnarok, though.

You/gevlon could for example not be a slacker and think about the possibility that some people read through mobile devices while they are travelling or doing something else. You didnt consider it. You slacked.
The year's 2012, people use mobile devices.

Also am i reading this right: the guy makes 2b a day and think hes a special snowflake who is rich? Roll

You are right, I slacked. I didn't bother to check if it's true that on a mobile device (with ?m=1) the information isn't displayed. Turns out: It is, at the bottom of every page. So, yeah, the information is readily available for everyone to see.
