Basically getting in to exploration, and I initially figured I was going to make my other account a Covops exploration alt. But after looking in to the Loki a bit it seems this might be a better choice.

So does anyone have a good Loki fit with Probe Launcher + Covops Cloak + Codebreaker? I'm guessing Interdiction nullifier as well. Basically an advance scout for my Tengu, used to probe down sites while my Tengu does the killing job. Can be a traditional combat hybrid or perhaps something more interesting? For lowsec and nullsec use.

Loki boosters are great for small gang pvp, but for exploration the only really useful link is the Rapid Deployment (speed) link.

If you're set on using the speed link, I'd use a Tengu booster because the standard nullsec setup can still fit the three Siege T2 links plus the Skirmish link, albeit with zero tank. Your dps Tengu will still get a hefty speed boost, but more importantly its tank can actually more than double once your boosting alt's got the Siege Mindlink.

However, I'd go more along with this three-link version:

Rigs to taste. This is a very tight T2 fit. If you use T1 scanning mods/links, you'll only need a T2 co-pro, or try an Overclocking rig (personally I try to avoid them).

This fit simply doesn't work on a Loki because with the same subsystems it gets 100 CPU less for fittings.

Eagles may soar, but weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

If you're not looking to use the Loki as a booster, but to scan sites, then warp your Tengu in, and add some DPS with the Loki, this should fit the bill.

Designed it to have a bit of buffer so that it wouldn't die as soon as something sneezed at it. Upgrade to faction/deadspace at will for additional win. Can open any and all cans in radar/magnetometric sites, and salvage wrecks. Plenty of room for customization as well. Personally I hate the interdiction nullifier, as you lose a ton of DPS and speed. However, you can drop a gyro in order to fit it if you want. If you don't care about a buffer, drop the plate/tank mods and throw on more gyros/TEs. Mids aren't especially flexible. If you want better salvaging, you can drop a gun for a tractor beam. Should be able to about keep up with your killing. Could also swap out damage rig for a salvage tackle.
