ill ive you 2.2b. You have more sp than most hulk pilots going for 1.8-2.0b, but most of the extra sp you have is in non-mining skills. You dont even have ice harvesting 5.

NP just saying. I've sold 2 miners with 12-15m sp the last 3 weeks. Next to no waste. they went for 4-5 bil. 3 for this then is a bit overkill. I could quote examples of current miners being sold with either a) same price, but better allocated/more sp or b)lower price and sp, but still same basic mining skills (hence just not the "waste" sp this one has). But i won't. I dont want to ruin the thread for the OP. I hope he gets someone to give 3 or more, but it won't be me.
