Exhumers V
Mining Barge V
Ice Harvesting V
Electronics V
T2 Mining Crystal for all high sec ores.
Mining Drones V
Drone Interfacing IV
Mining upgrades IV
Shield skills to lv IV or better
Cybernetics IV (but would like V)
Jury Rigging III


No reprocessing skills are needed.
