I don't know anyone who actually like the inventory over the old system but i'm sure this thread will show me some.

I have a app for my phone called Aura its also on iphones under another name, it gives me the option to search for items and it tells me where an item is even if its on a ship or in a can, why can't the inventory do this.

its sad that i use my phone to search for items when i'm logged in to eve and they spent all this time on the inventory.

I usually make a habit of believing any thread that contains "truth" or "Proof" in the title, but I do insist on some capital letters and a few exclamation MARKS!!!!

Now that I've gotten used to it I don't find it annoying at all.

I have tons of random items, but I know what general order they are categorized in, I need guns?, quick scroll to whatever I want. Bet it doesn't take as long as checking my phone either.
It's easy to check what is in your ship, you just click on the ship... As for cans, I don't find myself in the habit of leaving them in space long enough to forget what I had in them.

Just playing devil's advocate. I would rather CCP spend time on something else. For a community that thinks it is the MMO master race our inability to convert to a new inventory system that simply isn't that bad is astounding.

The only constant in the galaxy is change. Deal with it.

I have 13 chars over 300 ships and thousands of items in multiple cans so your suggestion does not work,
using my phone is alot faster than the inventory hence my point.

I agree that ccp should be spending its time and everyones plex money on content but the inventory in in now so at least fix it
i'm slowly getting used to it but have resorted to using my phone which is not how it should be.

Deal with it or adapt and die can not be used reguarding the inventory its the main way we deal with items not a ship nerf.

EVEUniverse is the best app for the iPhone hands down...

i have zero problems with this app (apart from the 'apple lag' in getting database updates though)

It really is sad you use your phone to search, but don't blame that on the new inventory...

The new Inventory is pretty fiddly and I haven't fully got used to it yet. Sadly it's something you come to expect from CCP over the years. Needless changes which actually work to the detriment of the game.

One thing is for sure, Aura is a brilliant android app and the developer deserves a donation from anyone that enjoys it.

What on earth do you need 13 toons for? there is a point when youve gone to far. Step away from the computer and go look at the big yellow floating fireball for a while.

Step away from the keyboard before you type something else stupid.

Unquestionable proof in this thread for sure.

But yeah UI sucks, give us the option to chose.

I still can't see some of the text bc of my color scheme.

I would like a text based interface, and a good ol' command prompt with tab completion...

I still cannot open my cargoholds in space without causing all kinds of fuss.

What a terribad mechanic.

Are we talking about the inventory or the assets interface here? I'm a bit...confused.

WE (myself included) SCREAMED about it for 6 weeks on a huge Sisi Forum Thread that CCP acknowledged to having IGNORED utterly.

Says a lot, don't it ?

It's all about money somehow (delusional for sure), and the players matter not anymore. (sigh)

They are trying to change the goals of the game in mid-operation. Talk to the folks re-building the Oakland-Bay Bridge in mid-operation for advice......PLEASE !!!!
