I'm currently looking to break into the field of can/wreck flipping and such. I have two questions:

1. Assuming the eve gods love me and everyone i flip i manage to kill, about how many times can i flip people before I have to go and grind my sec up again?

2. Ive heard about not killing in noob systems, to be safe what sec systems should I avoid? for example should i keep it to .7 and down or should it be lower than that?

1. You lose no security standings for flipping a can/looting a wreck.
2. I am sure if you do some research you will find a list of the starter systems, but if you are too lazy they are all 1.0 sec status

Scammers are currently selling killrights on this toon for up to 5mil, if you have paid for this service demand your money back at once.

Nor do you lose sec status for killing someone that started shooting you after you flipped him.

No they are not al 1.0 so check the list linked above...

Sec Status won't be an issue here. You won't lose sec this way.

That said ... losing sec isn't really an issue.
The only issue you might get with a low (-5 or lower) secstatus is that you can't run missions anymore
and that's not really a big thing.

(edit: except worlds collide or any other mission where you can warp around freely)
