Cerebral Accelerator Question

The cerebral accelerator mentions a 35 day period of time. Is this a per character time? or per account time? Could I buy an accelerator and start a new toon on an existing account and get the full 35 day boost?

File a petition to be sure but I do believe it's based on account age. Thus an old account cant use it even on a new character.

Note for future reference, the forums are not the best place to contact GMs, ISDs, or devs. The ISDs on the forums are simply moderators, the ISD you want are in the in-game help channel. The GMs can only be contacted by petition. And devs usually only pay special attention to certain stickies feedback threads and such.

That's not to say you'll never get a GM / ISD / dev response on the forums, it's just not as likely to be as effective as the other forms of communication.

For this sort of question in particular I think it would be best to post in the New Citizen's Q&A section, the ISD STAR team do post in there from time to time.

By the looks of things, it's only usable by new characters on a new account, and not by alt characters on a pre-existing account.

We had that question last week.

I am quite certain it was acount age, but one guy in that thread says it worked for him on an old account, so it might have been changed.

I'd still file a petition about it to be sure (and yeah - CCP should be way clearerer in their description - would save them petitions).

yes, like many of the item descriptions, rule descriptions, etc, they really need to hire a proficient writer to help with translated text (or english text written as a second, non-native language).
