how long dose it take for them todo a account recovery petition

i lost my password to an old account also dont have acces to the e-mail but i have all the info for the account i gave them and its still taking days ???

havent eaven had a reply to it yet Sad

4/10 for spelling. It's infuriating, but you have the same misspelling in the title and body which looks bad.
1/10 for general grammar, it's too good for the spelling errors.
1/10 for content, no one cares.

I had the same issue a couple of months ago and they fix it quick. I provided enough info for them to verify that the characters on the account were in fact my alts. I guess it depends on the work load at the time you petition. Hang in there, it will get solved.

well i gave them all the info thay asked for bar the credit card info as it was not mine was my mum's and yet still been well over 3 days :(

Fingers crossed for you. I know it can be frustrating but they have to approach these petitions carefully. Imagine if they just handed out information without doing a proper investigation to confirm your legitimacy.
