How the hell do you get them? Was there a live stream you had to buy? Was it a reward for the alliance tourney? Eve Vegas only?

Incorrect.

The blue was for Japanese players who prepurchased a year subscription through Nexon during May. The white is for US players who purchase a new account currently through Amazon.
