WTB: Skirmish Booster/Leadership Char -- 10bil Budget

Interested in a leadership focused character who can use t2 skirmish links, fly loki, and can use the skirmish mindlink.

I am not really interested in other fluff skills. But if your leadership character has solid fitting/core tanking skills link it and ill take a look. (even if skirmish Isnt its primary skill).

Gallente gunnery/spaceship command skills are a plus but not needed.
