1. No Supercaps.

2. No Caps.

3. No bubbles.

4. No Interdictor bubbles.

5. No HIC bubbles.

6. No bombs.

7. Ambient traffic/players/misc. fluff to blend in with. (Yes, I know, ship IDs. Don't start.)

8. No jump bridges.

9. Briefs > boxers?

10. Did I mention to Supercaps?

Basically, 0.0 is the equivalent of playing BF3 trying to fight as a ground troop when everyone else is using tanks. The only way to compete is to get your own tank. It's not that 0.0 PVP is inherently less sophisticated, it's just that CCP has made it too easy and given the player base too many "I WIN" buttons. When was the last time you saw a swarm of interceptors spiraling their way towards an enemy battleship fleet in order to keep their transversal up so they can actually make the 200km across and tackle a few BS?

Now we just plop a 'dictor on 'em, drop a bubble and fly off. Easy button if I ever saw one. You can guess the rest: jump bridges, Titans. You get the idea.

Subcapital PVP, best PVP.

Too bad you have to rub elbows with the carebear highsec scum to do it.

Scrub pvp.
Highsec pvp is nothing but very risky neutral remote reps on station undocks.

Yes, yes.

The question is:

That's kind of funny actually. Mostly because you and I have never agreed on much on the forums, but you would know me by my original character. Which I won't disclose of course. :)

But, suffice to say, I've spent 95% of my Eve career in low sec, in some manner or other. DoV's track record should be enough.

That's only if you choose to engage the enemy like that. If you do it on your own terms, you can dictate combat far more easily than in 0.0.

And what's worse? Neutral RR or 0.0 hot drops and Titan bridges?

And to no one in particular: you can still get hot dropped in low sec...

If CCP made all RR actions the same as aggression and locked players out of docking/jumping the same as when in combat, would that be enough to fix the problem? What if anyone that repped a war target JUST ONCE while the war is on, gets added to the war for the duration of the war? Twisted

what's worse? Do you even have to ask? I'll take getting a titan dropped on my blob over 1 war target undocking with 9 RR ships to back him every single time.

Interesting question: if every faction has an "I WIN" button, is it still an "I WIN" button?

Actually, that's a very good question. How many Titans are in game now, to date? And how many SCs?

So you're saying that once they fix "Neutral RR", highsec pvp will indeed be better than 0.0 pvp?

A character thats neutral and reps a guy whos in combat should be CONCORDED end of story.

Guy 1 fights Guy 2.
Wild Neutral Logi appears

SCENARIO 1
Neutral logi has guns and helps Guy 1 by shooting Guy 2
Fight is now 2v1
Wild Neutral Logi gets CONCORDOKKEN'd

SCENARIO 2
Neutral Logi has reps and helps Guy 1 by repping him so that Guy 2 cant effectively damage him
Fight is now 2v1
Concord does nothing

Now, to me theres really not much of a difference in these 2 scenarios, its Neut logi helping a fight that he, according to game mechanics, has no place in. But somehow this.. Well when you put it like this, it really just seems like an exploit, idk why it isnt really.
