[WTB] 60+ Mil Minmatar PVP Pilot

Basically what the title says.

I'm looking for a male character with 60+ million SP, specialized in Minmatar subcaps.

Must have T2 large projectiles
Must have at least Minmatar BS 4
Must have good support skills
Other battleships are a HUGE+
Flying a tengu is a HUGE +
Flying a capital is a + (Non minmatar caps ideally)
Recon V is a +
HIC is a +
Sabre is a +
JF is a slight +

Absolute minimal industrial skills


20 billion isk budget (maybe a little higher, but only if the character is perfect)

I won't be paying 20 billion for a 60 mil SP pilot, nor will i be offering to pay 15 billion for a 90 million SP pilot. Ask for what your pilot is worth.
