The camera cut to Asakura Manji, who was not being shot. He was not tackled either, and was moving over 1k m/s. His shield were full, yet sure enough he was running his ASB when the camera cut to him.

Either throwing the match or just really terrible piloting.

e: that's why he died without boosting when they shot him 30 seconds later

Yeah noticed that too and it might have made the difference.

yeah not sure it would have made the difference and he is the reason we were in the final anyway so not too stressed. GF nulli

meh, that happens, it's not easy to manually manage a shield booster, manouvering AND aggro from sevral players, mistakes will happen

this is pretty much what I was thinking. I really hate how people are going "someone did something wrong, THROWN FIGHT!!1!111!!!!1"

Poop happens IRL, especially in EVE PVP, and ESPECIALLY in the EVE PVP Tournament. Asa basically led SC where we got and we're all super happy with him, the teams that fought, those that supported, and the place we got in tourney for our first time ever entering.
