today during the alliance tournament , there is an ads called "New Eden : ''Bounties'' is coming''

That advert ran in last years at as well. It also caused just as much confusion.

It is actually a player run corporation that is giving people another option for setting and collecting bounties. It has no relation to the in game coded bounty system.

Almost, it's a service that is under construction - we're not operational yet. Hopefully we'll be ready by autumn.

How so? The system is designed to be useful for everyone. The service does not roleplay, but we do try to address things in such a way that it doesn't discourage roleplayers from using it.
