What alliances/corps are a part of the horde??

Pretty much if you are in a large alliance and living in Tenal, Branch, Deklien, Fade, Pure Blind, Cloud Ring, Fountain, Delve, Querious or (coming soon) Period Basis you are CFC.

You don't get forced into CTAs either, but when you join fleets you can get in the hugest blobs.

And you can talk in local. Amazing.
