My Two Cents - Interface Functionality

So after a few years of playing on and off, here's my personal list of things I wouldn't mind seeing added to the game as far as the interface and functionality goes.

Expanded Tooltips
Simply adding a short line about what the module bluntly does for those who aren't as experienced with the game's mechanics.

  • Example:
  • The ship modification is designed to decrease the signature radius factor for missile explosions at the expense of increased CPU requirements for launchers.
  • Note: Concentrates the blast, focusing it, increasing damage.

  • The same concept could be applied to existing skill explanations. One line along the lines of "Unlocks T2 Hardeners" or whatever would make it far easier for players to plan their skills, ie: "Oh so if I go down this route it unlocks this and that."

  • Example:
  • Skill with small short range missiles. Special: 5% bonus to rocket damage per skill level.
  • Note: Required for T2 Rocket Launchers

  • Another tooltip I wouldn't mind seeing is a very simple one and the mechanics are already there. When crossing into lowsec it gives you a pop up warning you. Why not add something this simple for when your changing sovereignty? This would help to prevent a lot of newer players from getting blown up as they accidently cross into another sovereignty.

    Fleet Tracking/Management
Something as simple as adding three bars to the right of a fleet members name representing shields/armor/hull (just like a drone) would be hugely useful to both logistic pilots and commanders, not to mention fleet members in general. Giving them at a quick glance an idea of who is in trouble. Could expand on it's features by adding a gold line underneath representing capacitor, etc. again a very simple modification that has multiple uses and gains.

Anyways, I've played for years never really offered my two cents, so I thought I would in a very limited way to avoid the eye bleeding walls of text.
