Reaching the Next Level

I've been trading for about a year now, and its worked really well for me. I came from a couple hundred million isk NAV last summer to over 15B now, and that's with funding all of my PVP activities on my main as well. I feel like I need a new breakthrough though. I'm generally using the same amount of isk for trading activites. More and more of my isk is unused and just sitting there.

I know that no one is going to give away their direct practices, and that's not what i'm looking for. But how do people start to make their isk work for them at higher levels? I'd like to start making larger investments outside (and in addition to) station trading. Any pointers?

I know a corp that's getting ready to rent a couple of systems in null. They'll be in need of capital to set up their moon goo squeezers and capital ship summoners or whatever. I'm sure you could work something out on a loan or stock option basis.

I'd be inclined not to give any bonds/loans without full collateral. If that could be provided, I'd be interested. Otherwise, no deal.
