Rorqual industrial core nerfed?

The siege modules for dreads and triage for carriers have had there time cut in 1/2 and the fuel cut in 1/2, but the rorqual's industrial core time got cut in 1/2 but the fuel was left alone. So now it cost twice as much to run it as it used to.

before
activation time / duration 600s
consumption quantity 1000 units

after
activation time / duration 300s
consumption quantity 1000 units

Is this right or is their something wrong here?

Slightly related. Used my rorqual for the first time in several years and I cant help but notice you can not take materials from the ore hold. Only cargo or Corp Hangar.

Can we get that changed please?
