Retribution PVE Fit

I have only been training frigate related skills and don't really want to divert to cruisers or bc's atm, So I wanted to use a retribution for mission running lvl 2's atm and hopefully 3's if its possible.

There are not many fits on battle clinic atm can anyone share one with me please.

Has some actual dps, tank is more than enough for L2s and works well enough for L3s.
Some L4s should be possible tank-wise, Dps is bad though.

Do you also switch with the frequency's depending on the range or is it realy speed tanking and only need multi?
