I've been playing eve since march 2009 (this is my main character). Mostly been a carebear. Learned how to roll in a fleet while flying with militia.

I am not what many people will describe as an "active" player. Usually during the week with some exceptions on certain days I will be too tired to do much. :) This is why I feel I would fit in with a larger (100+ members) corp/alliance. It will allow me to contribute when I can but I won't be missed too much if I am not around, if that makes sense. If this is a problem we can discuss it in more detail or recruiters can just move on to someone else. I want to make it clear here and now, as this is the primary reason I left my previous corps. It isn't fair to a corp who is expecting a certain activity level from me and not get it.

Basically I am looking to join a larger corp/alliance where I can still participate in ops and fleets but not have people spaz out when I have to log off or am unavailable to join said fleet. I also am interested in playing out in 0.0 since I haven't done much of that at all up to this point. I am not interested in rejoining any militia corps at this time.

I am 31 years old mature American player (usually will be online 2100-0300 during the week at best. Weekends and certain days longer or shorter hours.)
I am isk independent.
I am currently training up to t2 fit Hics. Plan on Thanatos and/or Moros in the future. Willing to switch skill training on request, within reason.
I am kos in caldari and amarr high sec. (Caldari and Amarr Navy standings are in the toilet :)
I have a headset and mic. TS and Vent already installed. Can get other voip if required, as long as I don't have to pay :)

Thank you all for your consideration of me as a potential candidate! :)

Hi

We have plenty of PvP. Have a look at our recruitment thread, all the 'requirements' and useful 'stuff' is in there.

Then jump into 'SNAKE LAIR' in game for a chat if you're interested.

FLYING DANGEROUS

Where talk means nothing

FIGL Recruitment Video

Flying Dangerous is a well known PvP corp. We were formed over 6 years ago. We live in the haven of small-gang PvP known as Syndicate. We especialize in teaching new pilots how to PVP and teaching good pilots how to FC. Our alliance is well known for our t1 Cruiser fleets that we use to train our new pilots. We will give new pilots free cruisers for a full month after they join so they can learn to PVP without worrying about their isk wallet.

Why you should join Flying Dangerous:

We will teach you how to PvP well. We will teach you how to properly fit your ship, fly your ship, special tactics and maneuvers you can execute in your ship. We will also teach you the basics of living out in 0.0, and how to stay alive when someone else is doing their best to kill you. If you stick around long enough we will promote you. We will even teach you how to FC your own fleets.

What we fly:

Everything except Mining ships. If you are a new pilot to PVP, get ready to fly a t1 cruiser for a while. If you're an experienced pilot, get ready to learn our fits and how your favorite ships can fit into our fleets. We run Frig ops, Cruiser ops, Battlecruiser ops, Battleship ops, Capital Ships ops, Black Ops, etc.

How things work in FIGL (from a happy trainee):

Quote:
You join> get a cruiser> come PvP> get lots of kills> repeat

Requirements

ArrowNo SP requirement.
ArrowYou must be willing to PVP.
ArrowYou must be willing to listen to instructions.
ArrowYou must be on Teamspeak.
ArrowYou must be ready to kill and get killed.
ArrowYou must not whine and complain.

How to Join:

You can either apply to Southern Cross Empire or come join us at our public recruitment in-game channel: FD 4 PVP

All your questions can be answered there. All applications are processed in a timely manner.
