1. Is there a way to turn off the informational meta balloons. I agree they are helpful at a time when experience calls for them. But I'm finding them to be getting in the way as I fly the ship and even worse during a fight. It seems like everything I hover over displays information I've learned loong ago only to hinder the placement of my curser. Now, I will admit there is alot to do here about the resolution of my laptop in that a desktop moniter will afford more space to float the balloons in avoiding command spots in the GUI. On a laptop, however, they are becoming more distracting. Can we get a toggle in the setup to shut that feature down when it just isn't needed anymore?

2. How about a way to move the information box. Right now it is located smack-dab in the center of the screen were a person would arrange his or her view without thinking about it. Then my regulated ion canon hits with x damage right on top of everything.
As before in #1 above I'm sure on a desktop moniter this is not an issue. Put it on a laptop, there's alot of pixels covered over.
