WTB PvP char. 6b Budget

As title says.. Looking for a PvP char in the order of Gallente -> Minnie -> Amarr of prefered races
Don't want Caldari.

Must haves; (At least most of these, or near them!)

  • Engineering supports at least 4 (Pref 5 for Capacitor skills)
  • Weapon Upgrades V (And all other PG/CPU skills aside from AWU)
  • T2 small/Medium guns for the race
  • T2 drones and reasonable supports (Warrior, Hobgobs, EC-300's, Hammerheads/Valks at least)
  • Appropriate support skills to fly ships (Navigation/Mechanic/ect ect)
  • Racial tanking skill. If Minmatar then both shield and armor
  • Racial Frig V
  • Ability to use most T2 PvP items (Long Points, AB's, MWD's, Webs.. Not so much Sensor Damps/TD's)
  • Cov Ops



  • Nice to have but not needed skills;
  • Recons
  • Command Ships
  • DICs



Other skills such as being able to fly an Indy ship (Itty V bla bla) are nice too.
No Industry/Science related skills please
Prefer Per/Willpower mapped, but will consider others if skills are alright. Remaps are good too P
A GOOD NAME. I'm not buying "Slutty McDogging" or anything silly..

6-7b budget
Willing to buy anything worth 6b and up to 7b if it catches my eye :)

This is 10.5b so slightly over your budget but is a narrowly trained and very capable minnie PvP toon.
