Is it morally wrong to kill a shuttle?

Well I am a bit of a noob at pvp and null sec, but i was roaming the other night and came across a shuttle. I checked and the pilot was KOS. So I went and killed him....
They complained -.- at first I laughed at this, since I didn't even kill the pod, the ship was worthless and its nullsec. What did you expect?
But afterwards I did wonder if it was really not a cool thing to do, since he was defenseless... and 20km from the stargate for some reason....

If they do dumb things, they deserve to lose their ship.

You see a shuttle, you kill it, just like any other ship. Why.....because they are the deadliest of ships in Eve. Watch that one vid on youtube where the amarr shuttle pulls a "transformers" and murders some gallente ships (regretively, I have no link, so if someone could be so kind?)

as long we are speaking about a computer-game shuttle, Its allright i guess. itsn ot the hardest thing ever to do it so its probably nothing to brag about, but has nothing to do with "moral".

Killed yesterday a -5.5 afk pod on a highsec gate. Implants lost for around 50m.
I don´t feel bad, hope he/she learned that lesson.

Also for Shuttles:

You never know what´s in the cargohold.
So you got 2 reasons to kill shuttles on sight: a) pinata effect, b) because you can. ;)
