RL does come first, but that doesn't mean you join corp and unsubb the next day, and 3 months down the road we wonder wtf you are (if you have to do something like that at least say something). We want to get to know you as we're a tightknit group. So yeah, if you join at least fly with us once in a while. No mandatory CTAs and stuff like that. We do require a mic, and that you train caldari ships for our fleets (oh, and you have to live in lowsec too). Our corp has a very caldari centric fleet doctrine (we fight blobs with our small gangs and caldari ships tend to work well for that sort of thing), from our sniper corm gangs, drake fleets, blops gangs, or whatever we feel like flying that day really (you can fly other races at times too, but don't bring a blaster brutix to a drake fleet....). Hi. Reading your post, it looks like you might have some interest in Phoenix Generation 13. We're a smaller low sec corp that operates out of Amarr space. You might call what we do "piracy", but I'd say we're more just generally belligerent people .

We don't generally open recruit, but after about a year of existence we're looking to expand a bit and find a few skilled and laid back PvPers interested in small gang ops in low sec and 0.0 with likeminded people. As a corp member you can expect to have other skilled, experienced players around you to provide support. The core group of our corporation has been shooting people together on and off since 2007, and our members have experienced almost everything Eve PvP has to offer. We've come to enjoy a (mostly) independent life in low sec, and you might too. Looking at the ships you fly, I think that our common fleet layouts would suit you just fine.

We've got a private Ventrilo server for stuff (the ability to use Vent and a working mic is a requirement). We're NBSI everywhere. You mentioned that RL must come first, and that's us. We do have wider strategic goals and occasional planned ops, but there is absolutely no expectation of extended and unreasonable commitment beyond what time and resources you wish. As well, our Directorate and FCs try to foster an environment of respect and fun within the corp.

We are a small corp, though, and lack extensive resources. We can't offer many concrete perks (ie, free ships or replacement plans), so you'd need to be self sufficient. Our main area of operation is in low sec, so knowledge of and comfort with fighting under GCC, kill rights, and managing security status is critical; being an ex-pirate, that shouldn't be a problem at all. We aren't active every second of every day, but if you check our killboard record on Battleclinic, you can see that our members are very active.
