The World of Tanks forums has this link near its top left side of the home page, called "View New Content". It gives you a list of all of the new and bumped forum topics from across the different forum sub-categories.

I thought it would be nice if EVE-O Forums had the same thing. A link to bring up all of the new (and bumped) topics on one page, from all across the forum sub-categories. Each topic would also need to display which forum category it comes from.

It's a nice way to view a wide variety of new and bumped posts from every sub-forum, all on one page. Somewhat better than going through each and every sub-category looking for new posts. It'll expose players to sub-forums they hardly or never visit as well (imagine all those nice people that haven't been exposed to Crime and Punishment yet).

The problem is that the Eve forums get so much traffic that such an area would be complete chaos. It's hard enough keeping track of certain forums on some days, much less all of them at once.
