So there was a ratting dispute in TEST sov earlier today, I believe 2 tengus and a pod were lost. TEST has an interesting justice system; TRIAL BY ORDEAL. This is essentially an arbitrary task the defendant must complete. Currently bets are being placed through the offical TEST betting system, and half the alliance is making it's way from Delve back into fountain. I think cyno-chains are being set up so carriers can participate in what is essentially a firing squad+sprinting competition.

I would have brought a Cyno ship 125km out and brokered a deal to hot-drop some of their enemies into the fray.... But that's just me.

I laughed out loud at work when I got to that name. lol. It's difficult to end a serious sentence with boodabooda.

On a separate note, I think it is a cool idea. Trial by ordeal. Awesome - though, I suspect it won't last long.

It seems to me like TEST is consistently the only one who actually treat this like a game and play it for fun.

TEST has problems with blue on blue, though in the Delve war it was mostly the overview bug combined with "stop whining your ship will get reimbursed anyway" which it was only occasionally.

Not that they're alone in this. But some of them simply don't stop shooting when they realize they're shooting at a blue.

Anyway, as far as ratting rights are concerned, I thought it was pretty common knowledge that ratting disputes are to be solved with alliance leadership, not by shooting each other. Not to mention at the moment all of CFC has ratting rights to Delve, Querious, and Period Basis.
