I have been trying to sort this out for months now

* I check the forums, dev on forum says to submit a petition.
* Petition spends takes 3 weeks, response says that this isn't handled via Petitions, and tells me to contact info@ccpgame.com
* Email sent - no response for a month.
* second e-mail sent - still no response.
* soooooo.... I'm back to the forums again

Every other game developer has been great at handling my inquiries, some of them even turned around projects in 24 hours.

Now, I'm curious to what the question(s) are...

Also, have you tried the community email addresses? Or is that where you were redirected from?

I started out with a petition - as suggested in the sticky at the top of this forum section and was informed that this is incorrect.....

Not sure what the community mail would be.

Specifically, I'm running a for profit gaming publication which needs permission to run ads alongside video content such as reviews and guides, I've got permission from every other company I've approached, but I've been unable to even contact anyone from CCP that can help me. I'd previously worked with a member of CCP Marketing, but he's now left the company and I'm beginning to wonder whether my e-mails are automagically being forwarded to his dead mail address.

CCP is extremely slow and very unprofessional with this sort of thing, I just suggest to keep bugging them around until some one helps you out, this thread is a good start.

Yeah Mike was my point of contact while he was there.

Also, e-mailing the community@ccpgames.com address informed me that I'd submitted a petition so I guess I'll get another GM send me back to info@ccpgames.com in a few weeks.

The 'submit a site' form doesn't make much sense since Eve is a part of my site, I've got a bunch of other game content (those devs were great at responding BTW).

Update: Got a response to the Petition from CCP Phantom, good work sir. Doesn't solve all my problems but hopefully a dialog can be started from this.
