Server Crashes and Ship Replacement

Srsly CCP.

Go to Logs.
Find ship losses at or during the server crash time frame.
Replace ship.


Don't feed us that stupid blah blah blah about how long it takes. Lots of us work in IT and know how it works. If it took me as long to replace money at my bank as it takes you i'd be fired.

Don't feed us that blah blah blah about not sure if server caused incident. If a ship was lost at or during the crash just replace it and be done with it.

Have a little repect for the money we pay you so you can have a life and lots of material stuff and the time we spend in your buggy game.

And to the loser flamers...

I too would like my stuff back on my alt soon. Yes i have the cash to replace the ship 2 or 3 times over... but its the principle.

This is my point. In a situation like this there shouldn't be any concern about "logs" saying what happened.

Go to logs.
Find ship loss.
Click "replace ship".

no need to check for reasons why or any circumstances.
