Hey guys, I am an American who lives in Tokyo and would love to help set up a Eve player meet up!! I believe this would be a great way advance our community and meet new friends. If your interested feel free to play here and I can then start to look at locations.

Fee: ￥5,500（Free refills for Alcohol!）
Place: 1001-28-13-2 Osaki Shinagawa-ku Tokyo MAP
Time: 2012/08/12 (Sun), 17:30 to 21:30 (Last order at 21:00)

The limit number of participants for this place is 40.
If there will be more numbers, then Dexsar will organize another place for this gathering.

Please let me know if anyone wants to join it but not sure how to register for the site, I'll be here to help ya Blink

Unfortunately I haven't figured out how to get me and family moved to Japan just yet, but I am working on it! Best of luck organizing this, Japan may have had some older players but its a new market. I hope you get a good showing.

So are you trying to join the player gathering? If so, I'll just add you on the registration site so the promoter will be able to make contact with you, maybe in game. Please let me know when you will be sure if you can join or not.
