The alliance is a few months old and no longer needed. There is one historical war with a party that eventually became an ally.

It doesn't have a dumb name which will only be revealed to the winning bidder.
Bids placed via private message only.
Both in the interests of the final buyer.
Minimum bid 500 million; maximum bid 1 billion (obviously).
The highest unique bid will be the winner.

Bidding ends Tuesday 31st July 23:59.
