do people buy old low sp characters?

I was thinking about closing this old account/character but wondered if people pay for older characters who are almost blank slates. He is 6 years old with 1 million sp towards flying a rifter. The only real draw would be the account age, clean record, and 3 remaps.

Is there a market for old characters? The rub is that it would only be worth it for anything over 1 billion to cover the transfer. Thanks for any info about this, I am a returning player after the long absence.

I've seen a few requests for this kind of thing go by. They are few and far between but, yes. Characters made near the beginning with blank histories are a collectors item to some.

I suppose there is not much business for low sp characters in general. Im not too surprised, thanks for info and bump.
