Looking for covops scanning toons. Prefer toons with cyno 5 and perfect scan skills, but will consider all scanning alts. Price should reflect abilities. Not looking for random toons with good scan skills unless maybe the toon is a Recon pilot with pro tanking skills.

Please post thread links and a price. No price, no comment.

bit thin on skills, just the minimum to use a probe boat. unfortunately, not enough to fit it correctly. thanks for your time though
