I don't think so, this would only be a massive boost to low/null sec PI industry. POCO's can bring you huge amounts of isk from taxes but those need to be worthwhile and high sec planets are the worst for this.
POCO it self is very expensive, then keep it can easily turn it in to an isk nightmare, but if you don't intend to keep it and just want to mess someone's isk yes this is a great idea ^^
To make this worthwhile to fight for CCP needs to bring different mechanics for high sec POCOs and planets.



I think you are missing the point there. It's not about making isk, it's about "tears".

I can agree on the tears factor, but where you missed the point and the tears fountain in the first place, is that "someone" has to be the dumbest or idiot, maybe both, guy on earth to set a High sec POCO as high sec and POCOS mechanics stands

The main reason I like this idea, is it will give me a reason to participate in HiSec War Decs. Right now there is still no point to HiSec wards except to grief. At least with this mechanic, there is actually something to gain and fight for.

Low sec is empire too. Any RP argument for high sec applies to low sec as well.
