Wormhole Fundamentals is going to be a series of videos from Adhocracy Inc, that will explain each facet of wormholes and their mechanics in the universe of Eve Online. We will try to cover the basic mechanics of W-space at first, such as what are System Effects or Polarity Timer, what are static and dynamic wormholes, and later go into more detail on advanced mechanics.

This series is aimed at new players interested in wormhole space.
We will try to make the series as noob-friendly as possible, providing captions and links where necessary.

I really appreciate your effort, going seriously for wormholedwelling now and this type of information relaying is perfect!

I do not know what your target audience is but as a prospective WH-dweller I have issues finding information on what is to be expected of me as a corp member, contributing in home-system fleets of various activities such as harvesting, logistic - duties and defence.

I havent found much info on what skills one should focus on except the list No Holes Barred have on their site for recruitment, so any info on this would be helpful, but dont put it in the videos, such info is only text and have little use for screentime. Anything on daily activities in w-space would be useful.

We will cover things like PVE, description of common combat and gas or grav sites, we will go into detail on how pvp hunting works in w-space and similar things.

As for the skills required - to be honest, there's no skill that is not useful in w-space. Combat skills are used in pvp and pve, industry skills are useful when gas harvesting or mining and later in T3 production or making fuel out of PI mats. Scanning skills, salvaging, hacking etc, all welcomed. POS gunnery skills, being able to haul, all are useful.
The only skills you wont need are social skills and Supercapital related skills.

It's all about what you enjoy doing and what you want to do in w-space.

Thanks everyone for the feedback, the series just broke 1,000 views!
Next video should be released sometime this week, perhaps even two if I will have enough time to fraps and edit them.

Let us know if you have any ideas on how to improve the series and if there's anything specific you want us to cover in the future

Very nice series, especially for wormhole newbies like myself. Big smile
I support a sticky, this info is a must have for anyone looking to start in on wormholes.

I'd like to see more on how to survive. What to expect from Sleepers, how to make sure I don't end up neuted out and embarrassingly destroyed by them, and also ways to avoid unwanted PvP in a PvE fit ship. Tips on fittings would be much appreciated (any must have/highly recommended modules [besides scan probes of course]). Things like that.

Thanks for this :)
