Why do some teams take junk items to the arena. I was looking at killmails from first two weekends and there were stuff like

If a ship has optimal at 10 km. Is the effect for getting closer like shooting someone from 5km same as from shooting someone from 15km. I mean the further you are falloff kicks in, but whats about when u get closer.

Why do you think that Gilas are good ships? As far as I can remember, every time a gila has been fielded, that team has horribly lost. In addition, 14 points is a lot of points for a drone cruiser that lacks utility mids.
