Membership on SA costs $10.

SA and its administrators are not in any way tied into EVE Online.

Goonwaffe (The main corporation in Goonswarm Federation) is made up of members of SA or people that are sponsored in by current Goonwaffe members.

Other member corporations of Goonswarm Federation, such as Wildly Inappropriate, don't have to follow the same requirements of their members. Some members of Wildly Inappropriate are SA members, most aren't.

SA and its administrators are not tied into EVE Online.

Membership on SA goes towards server costs and other things™. Goonwaffe and Goonswarm Federation see none of those funds as they do not run the site and are a branch of the SA community playing EVE Online.

Learn your friggin' Goonswarm history before you sperg out.

Well, honestly I don't see where Goons charge you InGame, they just charge you if you want to join Something Awful forums.
I know several people that have been/are Goons and they are not members of said forums.

Plus, Goons dont recruit from inside this game. All they recruit from here are ppl to kill
