With the new API system, you can create one with only the killlog included, so noone can see anything but that. Try it.

As to acceptable dates, any killmail generated on or after 2011.10.08 will be accepted.
As to our motivations behind this program or our trustworthiness, uh, well, I don't see a question to answer.

I can't actually fly gallente though, and while I can do alpha tempest fine, this seems overkill for most of the jobs. Drawing on your professional experience (vicariously obtained or otherwise), could you advise me on the viability of a harbinger in comparison to a brutix for bc-level suicidal justice dispensation?

Confirming that I am your official Brapelille Goon Representative!

Ask around in the system, you'll find that I do indeed pay out to those non-goons who make ice miners one with the terrible cold of space. Thus far I've paid out for Khalia Netsune, Amro One, and Thomas Abernathy. Feel free to ask them about the money they received.

The system is easy: If I'm online, I'm cloaked somewhere near by the ice field and will see the kill and the isk will be transfered immediately. If I'm not online, send me a confirmed killmail posting and I'll send the money as soon as I log on.

After ganking a bot in Deninard, the pod hung around trying to mine.

I offered 20mil isk to whoever would gank that pod.

To my surprise, a new pilot in a velator tried (and failed) to take the pod. I paid him 10mil for trying.

After about 20 minutes and nobody else trying, the newbie came back in an actual frigate, finished the job, and I paid him another 20mil.

I'm not sure who was more surprised - me that someone actually did it - or him that I actually paid him.

Edit: I should also say that this program is surprisingly legit. Lyris is spending some of that 80 billion isk earned through the titan scam you can read about in this forum on paying non-GSF pilots to shoot miners. I'm in charge of bounty payouts for the alliance program and Lyris's program is separate and funded through the titan scam.

For everyone screaming "SCAM!" just take a second to actually, y'know, think:

1) we're asking you to kill and submit the kill and v. limited API info to a representative
2) that rep will verify the kill and then pay you isk

That is the extent of the required contact you have to make. "But what about the API?"--as mentioned, with the new API system you can "Create new API" and uncheck access to everything but killmails. Boom--all we can see now are your kills and likely hilarious losses.

Most of you will lack the stones to follow through, but for you few crazy diamonds out there, here's that chance to get in on that sweet, sweet subsidized miner killing action!
