CVA NRDSI? I THINK NOT!

I was under the impression that Curatores Veritatis Alliance was a NRDSI RP Alliance. But I was dead wrong. I was minding my own business strolling through providence in my rifter. Where I did NOT aggress anyone. I even checked CVA's KOS LIST! Where I am still listed as "Not KOS" http://kos.cva-eve.org/?q=RyeSchmutz I would just like for all of eve to know that CVA and allies are NOT a NRDSI alliance. I was a neutral to them and they killed me in cold blood. I ask for my 9 million isk rifter to be refunded and my 8 million isk clone to be refunded. I also think I should have a settlement of isk for my troubles. I had a very bad experience with CVA.... Also I politely asked why I was killed In CVA's diplo channel where I had some VERY RUDE responses!

That's actually pretty funny. Maybe they thought you were an alt or something.

EDIT: More likely kill starved. Also the Rifter isn't faction fit. Just Faction ammo.

Seems to me you do not know the NRDS system too well, you jumped to a NPC corp and your previous corp VOLTA is red, that makes you still KOS by last corp.

Try reading up on CVA's NRDS guidelines, Before trying to fly through their space, people I know who they have accidentally killed in the past have been treated politely and professionally and refunded in full for their loses, although they really don't like reds taking the P.







All in all this post is only worth the tears and nothing more.

This pretty much right here.

There is a reason why CCP has always had viewable employment histories. I am pretty sure CVA didnt just see a neut and pounce, I am betting they checked up on who you were and who you last worked for before popping you.

Didnt you get the memo? CVA is totally NRDS, to simplify matters for their pilots they just set the whole of Eve red though.

They killed me before I could burn back to gate in a rifter. I WAS NEUTRAL. They obviously didnt look at my corp history in that short time/ And whoever said that about my old corp I said I checked cva's website and I am "Not KOS"

CVA is a joke. I'm red to them because one of their pets accepted a corp we were at war with and we followed them to continue the war. They accepted the war and we're the bad guys who deserve shooting?

Being killed there is ntohing to brag about.. but if you believe you were kill in error send your petition to CVA leadership and they will take approprieate action should your claim be determined to have merit.

Yeah, they are. You're red due to your alliance. The KOS checker doesn't go through all the steps that a real player would in deciding to shoot you or not; f.e., they'll take me for red because I'm in a one-man-corp now, was in an NPC corp before that, and my last real corp was red.

I assume you know all of this, so I am interested in hearing more about how rude they were.
