I'm very interested in your results actually. The amount of effort and isk investement needed will be considerable and in most cases you will fail terribly. Ganking missioners seems 'a little bit' harder than can flipping and miner ganking.

Stop talking about it and start doing it.
Waiting for some statistics backed up by killboards.

That's a 0.0 kill. Not a L4 mission runner. Mallak's KB shows though, that he yet has to prove his L4 ganking abilities.
Ganking T3 with EM hole shouldn't be a big problem, but not every target will be that weak.
