RSS Feed Reactivation

A RSS feed is a really good and nice thing to remain up to date.

Unfortunately, this flow of information seems to dry up more and more by CCP.
Since Incarna 1.1.1 (October 2011) no patch notes were distributed via RSS. At the community round table at the Fanfest, the Devs were indeed surprised by this fact, and promised to take care of it, but sadly this situation was not improved till now.
On the contrary, fewer and fewer messages are sent via RSS. Neither the last informations regarding mass testing on Sisi, nor informations regarding the deploying of Inferno 1.1 were announced. The ISD news, which can be seen at the character selection are missing too. Only the DevBlogs are still sent fortunatelly.

Please CCP, please give a little more love to the RSS feed and reactivate the flow of information to your loyal customers via this channel. Many fan sites rely on it.

CCP's web dev team is really pro, and it can be seen in various different parts of the Eve web experience.

Not having the RSS feeds is getting to be a real pain in the bum. I have no idea when most of the patches are coming out until I start up the launcher. The feeds aren't even getting updated with the news thats on the website!

I opened a petition a while ago, but it was closed with no resolution.

Give us back the feed!!! The feed give us our informations quick and with a better overview than the newspage!

RSS Feeds are a very nice way to stay informed when handling with a slow and limited connection like a mobile device.
I regularly used it while traveling by train and wondered why there have been no news for weeks. Now I know that there are news but they were just not delivered to me.

So please please reactivate it.

Since the OP is a much too humble person I want to remark this:
Rionan is the "head translator" for EVE news on the German cummunity site. Over the years he has translated hundreds of news, patch notes and dev blogs for which he uses the RSS feeds. You can see his work here on the portal of eveger.de.

For his unfailing service in favour of CCP and the German community he deserves a feedback I'd suggest.

I have subscribed to all CCP RSS feeds to keep posted while on the road.

I assumed that nobody was working at CCP during the summer, and that no patches were coming after Inferno 1.0.1, since the updates stopped after that.. Twisted

Felt a little strange, since there were DevBlogs coming out.

Please fix the RSS feeds.

I would also be very happy If I could get my eve-news again by a rss feed reader. I support reintroducing the RSS Feed Feature.
