Summary:

I make for a great combat pilot that can support himself anywhere in eve. Mainly built for pvp, he can accel in fleet, small gang, and solo warfare in any security status or w-space with access to most flavors of ships (except for caldari). Makes for a quick mission runner or ratter. Access to various transport options makes for a self sufficient hauler and an all around great main.

I would like to also draw attention to the fact Ruri can fly 3 races of Heavy interdictor (Phobos, Devoter, and broadsword) with a level 4 bubble. He can also fly t2 minmatar and gallente frigates.
