NPC 0.0 - too strong for no effort

Isn't it a bit stupid, that all 0.0 pirate npc systems are all -1.0. Surely that isn't balanced, if space that you don't have to fight for or invest in infastructure is that good. Now... let's not even mention the higher officer spawn rates in Stain, Venal etc.

Turn them all into regions like Syndicate or Great Wildlands, that have few good systems, but thanks to the relative uselessness it would be less populated and a good place to start for beginner 0.0 corps/alliances.

Warp to a belt in Stain or Venal or some place like that, you can get 1.85M Battleship spawns in every system.

google for broken truesec.
its fine as it is.

You dont have to fight over those regions but in the same time you have less control over them, thus more risk carebearing there.

Stop requesting the all the same policy for everything in eve, its fine regions are different from each other in some few regards at least.

I doubt anyone thinks Syndicate is broke - it isn't. But Venal/Delve/Stain/Fountain are. If you get such a nice region for PvE, you should have to put some of your assets on the line and not get everything for free(pod bays, fitting, industry slots etc.)

if you think its a nice region for pve then go there and rat the f*ck out of those nice regions.
Fact is there are myriads of neutrals lurking around for people like you, or other carebears wanting the same as you which mean you would have to share ratting systems with other neutrals. Go for it.

You have not spent enough time in Stain. With the constant mega blobs that move through and the large corps that live in the sheltered systems that constantly come out to feed, Stain is a very risky null-sec compared to Syndicate, both of which I have spent some time in. That plus from a RP standpoint it makes more sense for it to be a lower sec than some of the other places.

My two cents.
