looking for a great pvp Toon for the price. cross trained for a Tengu a BIG + (must have good missiles and subs to at least IV)

things i am looking for:

T2 large guns
spec, to 4

Good drone skills (sentry drones 5 a big + )

Frigate 5

Cruiser 5

Battle cruiser 4/5

Battle ship 4/5

assault / heavy assault

good shields/enginering skills

good Navi skills

Sec status must allow me to move freely in High sec. / No kill rights / + wallet / lvl 4 missions ready to go / jump clone in high sec a +

I think I meet your requirements quite good:

Willing to sell for 11B (maybe a little bit less)

NOTE: The sec status is at -4.4XXX atm so he can NOT enter 0.6 to 1.0. He CAN enter 0.5 though.
I am currently trying to fix the sec status, so as time passes he will be able to enter more systems.
