Looking to get into some Minmatar FW with an alt. Ideally I'd like it to have:

T2 Frigates
Dessies/Dictors
Cruisers
t2 small/med projectiles
Proper standings for FW

I have about 3-5B to spend, may spend more if something really catches my eye.
