If you are bored form warp to zero, just warp to 20km if you wish.

In null space, if you got problem with enemy who warp to zero here few solution, use heavy dictor, activate buble before victim activate warp to gate direction, buble suck enemy into trap... anchor mobile warp disputor, profit.

Low sec space, got problem with enemy because of warp to zero? well use galente recon on other gate side, with big scrambler range bonuses + minmatar recon + big web bonuses so here no chance to aproch to gate after jump in, profit.

Also CCP did it because there where tons of Bookmarks and when they got copied it added major load to a server when someone copied thousands of bookmarks in one push.

Also.. Bubbles are your friend as is camping the outbound side of the gate and tackling them there.

EVE is like swimming on a beach in shark infested waters,  There is however a catch...  The EVE Beach you also have to wonder which fellow swimmer will try and eat you before the sharks.

Anyone remember why they didn't do this to fix the bookmark problem?

Not allowing can dropping that close to stations and gates would be nice too. (yeah all you jetcan recruiters can burn in hell! Twisted)

Didn't bother reading anything else, but assume most posters know more about Eve's history than the OP

Only noobs didn't have warp to 0 bookmarks, so removing warp to 0 does nothing for most players.
CCP's servers die under the mass of warp to 0 BMs made by all non-noob players.

As for learning skills......aaah, troll country...
