Capacitor burn modules

I'm getting this idea from other games like Dota that have mana burn in it. When someone loses a portion of their capacitor, it should hurt their ship. All that excess energy has to go somewhere when it's neutralized.

My idea is to have a new e-war module that deals a portion of damage to the enemy ship when they lose capacitor, whether from modules, neutralizers, or vampires. I think it would be proportional to the amount of capacitor you currently have, so you can't do a constant extreme damage just from neutralizing. This module wouldn't actually remove the capacitor, just add the damage to any loss.

My thoughts:
T1: 1 damage for every capacitor point lost, 1.2 overheated (100% damage at full cap, 0% damage at empty)
T2: 2 damage for every capacitor point lost, 2.4 overheated (100% damage at full cap, 0% damage at empty)

An unfit, no skills, guardian has 1500 capacitor, so burning it all at once would deal a 1500 damage burst with a T1 burn module (if you can even neut that much at once) and then have no capacitor left over. But then since it's empty you can't neut and deal the constant 1500 damage again.

thoughts?

Meet the Bhaalgorn. Instant 10k ++ damage to a battleship in addition to draining all cap in an instant.

Edit: If anything, I would add this to the capacitor batteries. Cap feedback. If the neut mirror triggers, burst that cap 1:1 damage to the ship that tried to neut.

while (CurrentSelectedTarget.Status == ShipStatus.Alive) {

     _myShip.FireAllGuns(CurrentSelectedTarget);

}

No.

Ships like the curse are already pretty powerful, if people took damage from being cap drained then any ship fielding an active tank and/or energy using weapons would be severly underpowered, cap boosters would basically become suicide to use (because any fleet would field at least one ship sucking cap)

nawt.

energy neutralized means throwing a positive charge on a negative capacitor. something out of phase with it bringing it from negative to neutral.
its not "exploding", just going away. this would be ugly...
